Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is included in all online purchases Australia Wide, optional express shipping is available at checkout. We aim to get all orders to you within fourteen days of checkout but please allow additional delays due to current impacts and delays from COVID 19. If you need faster delivery please contact me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any questions.

All shipments come with tracking and insurance

International shipping is through Sendle. All original artwork shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. For all international shipments to selected countries , additional shipping costs will be added to the order summary on the checkout page once you've selected the destination country. The receiver will be responsible for any additional international custom/import fee and taxes.

LARGE/OVERSIZED ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Large Original Artworks will have shipping quoted individually. All shipping calculated will include tracking and insurance against damage or loss.  The receiver will be responsible for any additional international custom/import fee and taxes.

Empress & Fool t is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Empress & Fool is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
